| 摘 要： | 随着军队医院的精简整编,原本比较薄弱的护理专业队伍的科研能力更加薄弱,致使护理论文少,深度不够,科学性、创新性差。影响护理科研的因素错综复杂,有管理因素、主客观因素等,但最主要的还是取决于护士自身的科研素质和科研意识的提高。针对目前的护理科研现状,应加强科研知识学习及能力培养,提高护理人员科研知识水平,完善医院的信息网络系统,加强护理交流与合作。

| Abstract: | With the adjustment of personnel system in military hospital,the scientific research abilities of nursing discipline become weaker and weaker.At present the situation is that the quantity of nursing exoterica reduces and the quality declines.To change this situation,the most important measure is to improve the abilities ang consciousness of scientific research.We should enhance the training,improve knowledge lever of nurses,perfect HIS and enhance nursing cooperation and communication. |
