| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗肩锁关节脱位的治疗方法。方法:临床治疗86例,均采用AO锁骨钩钢板内固定。结果:58例获得随访,随访时间8～22个月,平均12个月。术后X光片显示肩锁关节间隙复位满意。按Karlsson术后疗效评价标准,本组优48例,良10例,差0例,优良率100%。结论:AO钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位,固定可靠,可早期活动肩关节,功能恢复快,疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation treatment.Methods:86 cases for clinical treatment,are used by AO clavicular hook plate fixation.Results:58 cases were followed up for 8 to 22 months,an average of 12 months.Postoperative X-rays showed satisfactory reduction acromioclavicular joint space.According to Karlsson curative effect evaluation criteria,this group of 48 patients with excellent,good in 10 cases and poor in 0 cases,excellent rate of 100%.Conclusion:AO hook pl... |
