| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预措施对胸外科手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法 160例胸外科开胸手术患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组按常规护理,干预组运用增进社会支持、信息支持和促进患者良好睡眠的综合干预方法进行护理。分别在入院第1天、手术前1天和手术后第2天采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）和St.Mary′s医院睡眠问卷（SMH）测评患者的焦虑和睡眠状况。结果 2组患者入院时焦虑和睡眠状况评分,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。干预组手术前1天和手术后第2天SAS、SMH总分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预措施能有效改善开胸手术患者的睡眠治疗,缓解焦虑水平,使患者更好地适应和配合手术。 |
