| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节镜下外侧支持带松解治疗髌骨复发性脱位的疗效。方法：对10例11膝髌骨复发性脱位施行关节镜探查治疗及外侧支持带松解术,术后配合功能锻炼。结果：所有病例随访4个月～5年,根据膝关节功能标准评价,11膝中优6例,良4例,中1例,差0例。优良率90.9%。结论：关节镜下外侧支持带松解治疗髌骨复发性脱位,操作简便,疗效可靠,有利于功能恢复。
