摘    要:近年研究发现,维生素D缺乏除与骨软化相关外,还与高血压、糖尿病、代谢综合征等多种疾病相关。维生素D在体内经肝脏和肾脏两次羟基化后作用于其受体而发挥生理作用。笔者通过查阅国内外相关文献,介绍维生素D与疾病的关系及维生素D受体基因多态性研究现状,阐述检测维生素D常用方法的优缺点,提出检测维生素D的最佳方法及其受体基因多态性检测的重要性,从而指导临床医生合理用药。

Abstract:In recent years,many studies have found that vitamin D insufficiency is associated with osteomalacia,hypertension,diabetes,metabolic syndrome and other diseases. Vitamin D must be hydroxylated in the liver by a 25-hydroxylase for the first time,and then in the kidney by a 1α-hydroxylase for the second time to form the active metabolite 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D,which binds to the intracellular vitamin D receptor and exerts its effects. This paper reviewed the relationship between vitamin D and disease,present research situation of gene polymorphism of vitamin D receptor,and the advantages and limitations of several methods of vitamin D detection,and proposed the best method for detecting vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism and the importance of the detection state to guide clinicians to use drug rationally.
