不同合并疾病、不同季节对患高血压病疗养员血压的影响

目的了解疗养员入院早期血压变化情况,掌握不同合并疾病、不同季节疗养员的血压波动特点,为制定更加合理的疗养计划、提高疗养效果提供参考依据。方法观察我院2005—2007年60~70岁患高血压病的疗养员入院后4 d内血压变化,分析治疗服药情况。并按照合并疾病类别、疗养季节分组,研究不同疾病、不同季节对血压的影响。结果疗养员入院后,当天血压最高,随后逐步降低并平稳,51.7%需要调整用药。合并疾病不会影响入院后血压的变化规律,但是合并糖尿病不利于血压的控制。疗养季节会影响血压的控制,春秋季节血压控制较冬夏季节好。结论不同合并疾病、不同季节的疗养员入院后血压会有不同程度的波动。这种波动与旅途疲劳、环境变化和焦虑失眠等精神因素有关。

Influence of different complicatimg diseases and different seasons on blood pressure in recuperating patients with hypertension

Objective It is to investigate the blood pressure(BP) variability of the hospitalized recuperators and to know its characteristic with different complicating diseases and different seasons,so to provide reference evidences for making more reasonable recuperated plans to improve the recuperating effect.Methods The change of BP of the recuperators with hypertension between 60 and 70 years old from 2005 to 2007 in our sanatorium was observed after four days' hospitalization,and the recuperators' treatment and drugs taken were analyzed.Then the recuperators were divided into different groups according to complicating diseases and seasons to explore the effect of different disease and seasons on BP.Results The BP on the hospitalized day was the highest and then decreased gradually to a stable level.51.7% recuperators with hypertension needed medicines.Different complicating diseases have no influence on the changing regularity of BP,but the BP of recuperators with diabetes could not be controlled well.Different seasons will influence the control of BP,which were better in spring and autumn than that in summer and winter.Conclusion BP of the recuperators with different complicating diseases and in different seasons will fluctuate more or less after hospitalization,which are associated with trip fatigue,environmental change and anxiety or insomnia.
