中医及中西医结合与西医治疗排卵障碍性不孕疗效比较

目的分析比较中医及中西医结合与西医治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法选取2009年7月-2012年104期间，在我院接受治疗的150例排卵障碍性不孕患者，随机分为三组，每组50例患者。对照1组采用单纯中医治疗的方式，对照2组采用单纯的西医治疗的方式，观察组患者结合以上两组的治疗方式，采用中西医结合治疗，比较三组患者的妊娠率、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组和对照组1组的妊娠率（78％、70％）要优于对照2组的妊娠率42％（P〈0．05）；观察组的治疗总有效率90％要高于对照1组治疗总有效率78％和对照2组治疗总有效率60％（P〈0．05），观察组和对照l组的不良反应率（12％、20％）低于对照2组不良反应率58％（P〈0．05）。结论排卵障碍性不孕的患者采用中西医结合及中医的治疗方式均有较为理想的妊娠率，尤其是中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕，疗效更为理想，而且副作用小，安全性高，值得临床推广和应用。

Comparison of the efficacy of anovulatory infertility and treatment of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine

Objective to analysis and comparison of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine for treatment of ovulation obstructive infertility. Methods select 2009 during July to October, 2012, 150 cases in our hospital for treatment of ovulation disorder infertility patients, randomly divided into three groups, each group of 50 cases. Control group 1 with the method of pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment, control group 2 with the method of pure western medicine treatment, observation group of patients with the combination of the above two groups of treatment, adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the comparison of three groups of patients with pregnancy rate, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results the observation group and control group 1 pregnancy rate （78%, 70%） is superior to contrast two groups of the pregnancy rate was 42% （P〈0.05）; Treatment group total effective rate was 90% higher than contrast one treatment group total effective rate was 78% and control 2 treatment group total effective rate was 60% （P〈0.05）, adverse reaction rate of the observation group and control group 1 （12%, 20%） than controls adverse reaction rate was 58% in the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ovulation obstructive infertility patients by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and Chinese medicine treatment are ideal pregnancy rate, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ovulation disorder infertility, in particular, the curative effect is more ideal, and small side effects, high security, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
