| 摘 要： | 目的:对系统性健康教育用于脑血管病康复护理的护理效果进行分析探讨。方法:选取80例脑血管患者作为研究对象,均为我院在2017年8月至2019年8月收治,进行随机分组,分别实施一般护理干预与系统性健康教育干预,对两组患者护理干预后的生活质量和不良心理状态进行比较。结果:实验组患者的四项评分均高于对照组患者,SAS、SDS分值明显低于对照组,并且此差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血管病康复护理应用系统性健康教育提高患者的生活质量,有利于疏导不良情绪,值得在临床上推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of systematic health education in rehabilitation nursing of cerebrovascular disease.Methods:80 cases of cerebrovascular patients were selected as the research objects,all of them were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into general nursing intervention and systematic health education intervention.The quality of life and bad psychological state of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic health education in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebrovascular diseases can improve the quality of life of the patients,which is beneficial to dredge the bad emotions and is worth popularizing in clinical practice. |
