四川省人民医院医院感染现患率调查与分析

目的了解医院住院患者感染现患率及相关因素,为医院感染预防与控制工作提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,床旁调查和病历调查相结合,填写统一的个案调查表并对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果调查住院患者2381例,医院感染现患率5.84%(139例)、例次现患率6.64%(158例),感染部位以下呼吸道(58.21%)和上呼吸道(10.19%)为主,其次为泌尿道(8.22%);主要病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌(21.53%);抗菌药物使用率为54.18%。结论加强重点科室医院感染管理,降低呼吸道感染,合理使用抗菌药物,才能降低医院感染发生率。

Prevalence survey of hospital infection in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the prevalence rate of hospital infection and antibiotics use in our hospital to provide basis for prevention and control on hospital infection.Methods We used prevalence survey,including bedside and case investigation to analyze the hospital infection prevalence rate in our hospital and the risk factors by questionnaire.Results Among the 2381 inpatients investigated in this study,the prevalence rate was 5.84%（139 cases） and the prevalence rate per case-time was 6.64%（158 cases）.The top three types of hospital infection were lower respiratory tract infection（58.21%）,upper respiratory tract infection（10.19%） and urinary tract infection（8.22%）.The main pathogenic bacterium was pseudomonas aeruginosa（21.53%）.Usage of antibacterials was 54.18%.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen hospital infection management,reduce respiratory tract infection,rational use antibacterials to effectively reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection.
