重型颅脑损伤亚低温治疗的临床观察

目的探讨亚低温治疗颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法入选52例重型颅脑损伤患者（GCS≤8），随机分为两组，亚低温治疗组26例，对照组26例。治疗组采用常规治疗和亚低温治疗，对照组采用常规治疗和常温治疗。结果亚低温治疗颅脑损伤患者与常温治疗组相比较，治疗组死亡率明显低于对照组，治疗后病情恢复程度比较有明显统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤临床疗效确切、操作简便、副反应小、便于在基层医院推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Mild Hypothermia Treatment on Severe Head Injury

Objective To investigate the treatment of mild hypothermia on brain injury clinical effica- cy. Methods The selected 52 patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients （ GCS ≤ 8）, were randomly divided into two groups, mild hypothermia treatment group 26 cases, 26 cases in the control group. The treat- ment group received conventional treatment and mild hypothermia treatment, the control group treated with con- ventional treatment and at room temperature. Results Mild hypothermia treatment of brain injury patients with normal temperature treatment group compared with the treatment group mortality was significantly lower than the control group, the degree of recovery after treatment condition have more significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mild hypothermia treatment of severe traumatic brain injury clinical curative effect, simple opera- tion, side effects, easy to promote the use of the hospital at the grassroots level.
