盐酸法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者血清内皮素-1水平的影响

目的观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血浆内皮素-1的影响。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者同时给予肠溶阿司匹林片、胞二磷胆碱注射液和甘露醇等进行基础治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔30mg,静脉滴注,2次/d,连用14d。结果治疗组患者基本痊愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者血浆内皮素水平均有下降,但治疗组下降比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔可以有效地改善脑梗死患者的临床预后,其疗效可能与降低内皮素-1的水平有关。

Effects of Fasudil Hydrochloride on the Plasma Concentrations of Endothelin-1 in the Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of fasudil hydrochloride on patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=60） and control group（n=60）.the plasma concentrations of endothelin-1 were detected while the scorces of neuro-logical deficit（NDS）were evaluated before and after treatment.RESULTS Basic recovery rate and total effective rate of treatment control were significantly higher（P〈0.01） than control group.Neurological deficit scorces（NDS） of treatment group significantly decreased（P〈0.01） than control group.level of the Plasma endothelin-1 in two groups are obviously decreased and in treatment group reduce more significant（P〈0.05） compared with the control group.CONCLUSIONS Fasudil hydrochloride can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the effections may related with the fasdil reduce the level of endothelin-1.
