紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期效果

①目的 观察紫杉醇(PTX)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。②方法 采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC32例，3周为1周期，至少完成2个周期后评价疗效。③结果 30例可评价疗效，完全缓解(CR)1例，部分缓解(PR)11例，稳定(NC)7例，进展(PD)11例，有效率(CR PR)为40％。主要副作用是骨髓抑制。④结论 紫杉醇加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC近期效果较好，副作用可以耐受。

A SHORT-TERM OUTCOME OF COMBINED PACLITAXEL WITH CISPLATIN CHEMOTHERAPY FOR ADVANCED NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination use of paclitaxel (PTX) and cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Thirty-two patients with NSCLC were treated with both PTX and DDP , three weeks as one course. The efficacy was appraised at least after completion of two courses. Results Thirty cases were eligible for appraisal, in which, the outcome was as follows: complete response(CR), one case; partial response(PR), 11 cases; stable, 7 cases; got worse 11 cases. The efficacy ( CR+PR) was 40%. The main side effect was bone marrow depression. Conclusion The short-term outcome is relatively good for advanced NSCLC by using PTX plus DDP, the side effects are tolerable.
