摘    要:目的:观察吗啡自身给药大鼠和被动给药大鼠的脑组织形态学改变,比较二种方法造成的吗啡依赖大鼠神经系统的形态学差异。方法:利用吗啡自身给药和手动给药分别建立自身给药和被动给药大鼠模型,给予伊红一苏木素染色,光镜下观察两组大鼠脑组织的形态学改变。结果:两组动物给予吗啡后脑组织可造成不同程度的形态学改变,被动给药组相对较自身给药组形态学改变更严重。结论:由于药物渴求一系列心理活动导致的中枢神经系统组织的改变,与被动给药组大鼠无药物心理渴求,而被强迫注射吗啡形成的中枢改变应该是有差异的,我们的工作从病理学角度证实了这一点.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the brain tissue morphology changes of morphine self-administration rats and passive administra- tion rats, compare the two groups morphological differences of the nervous system of morphine-dependence rats. Methods: Morphine self-administration and passive administration were used to make self-administration rat and passive administration rat. Hematoxylin-e- osin staining was used and light microscopy was prepared to observe the morphology differences in brain tissue between self-administration rat and passive administration rat. Results: Rat brain tissue in two groups were caused varying degrees morphology changes, passive administration group morphological changes was more apparent. Conclusion: This study provides pathology evidence that the cen- tral nervous system tissue changes resuhing from a series of drug craving mental activity are different with the central nervous system tissue changes resulting from passive administration rats without drug craving forced injection morphine.
