不同程度妊娠高血压综合征对妊娠结局的影响研究

目的探讨不同程度妊娠高血压综合征对于妊娠结局的影响。方法2008年1月～2010年12月在我院分娩的妊娠高血压综合征产妇共80例，其中重度妊高症38例，轻中度妊高症42例，与50例正常妊娠分娩的产妇进行比较，观察三组产妇的妊娠结局。结果妊娠高血压产妇的孕周及胎儿出生重量明显少于正常妊娠分娩产妇．两组存在统计学差异（P〈0．05）；同时妊娠高血压患者的新生儿窒息率、围产期死亡率及剖宫产率明显高于正常妊娠分娩产妇，两组存在统计学差异（P〈0．05）；重度妊娠高血压产妇的胎儿出生重量明显低于轻度和中度妊娠高血压产妇，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05），而新生儿窒息率明显高于轻度和中度妊娠高血压产妇，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠高血压对于妊娠结局具有很大的不良影响，并且随着病情的加重，其对于母婴结局的影响也在加重，应该采取合理的预防和治疗措施，降低其不良影响。

Effects of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome on pregnancy outcome

Objective To observe the effects of pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) syndrome on pregnancy outcome.Methods The pregnancy outcome of 80(severe:38,mild-moderate:42)patients with PIH was analyzed and compared to those in 50 normal pregnancy women.Results The gestational age and neonatal weight in group PIH were significantly low-er than those in normal labor group(P < 0.05);moreover,neonatal asphyxia rate,perinatal fatality rate and operative deliv-ery rate in group PIH were statistically higher than those in normal pregnancy group(P < 0.05).The neonatal birth weight in severe PIH group was markedly lowered than those in mild-moderate PIH group,and neonatal asphyxia rate and mater-nal complications were also higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion PIH have great adverse impact on pregnancy outcome,mean-while,the worse the condition was,the worse the maternal-child prognose was.We should take reasonable prevention and treatment measures to reduce its adverse effects.
