浅谈非门脉高压性上消化道出血68例内镜诊治体会

上消化道出血是内科常见急症,出血原因可由多种疾病引起,严重者危及生命。为了提高,iCE-医生对本病的病因-K-;y．,有利于对本病的早期诊断,及提高治愈率,结果急诊胃镜检查对出血病因的检出率为90．53％,明显高于早期胃镜组的66．89g（P〈O．01）。笔者对2008年9月～2009年8月我科收治非门脉高压性上消化道出血68例诊治情况总结分析如下。

Order to improve clinician understanding of the etiology of the disease,early diagnosis of this disease,and improve the cure rate Results：emer- gency gastroscopy for bleeding the cause of the detection rate of 90.53%, significantly higher than 66.89% of the group of early gastroscopy （P〈0. 01） on the hospital during the non--portal hypertension in September 2008 to August 2009,the author of the diagnosis and treatment of 68 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding are summarized and analyzed below.
