| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗难治性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法对36例难治性抑郁症患者进行无抽搐电休克治疗，分别于治疗前及治疗第1w、2w、4w、6w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表进行疗效评定；治疗结束后第1d、第1w及2w末采用韦氏记忆量表评定不良反应。结果治疗第1w末，汉密顿抑郁量表评分较治疗前减少，差异有显著性；治疗第6w末有效率94．4％，不良反应少。结论无抽搐电休克对难治性抑郁症有效，不良反应少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MECT in patients with treatment-resistant depression.Methods 36 patients with treatment-resistant depression were treated with MECT.Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD)were measured the effects pre-treatment and at week 1,2,4 and 6 of treatment,Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)were evaluated the adverse effects at the 1st day,at the ends of the 1st and 2nd week of treatment.Results The score of HAMD decreased significantly at the end of 1 week post-treatment.Th... |
