摘    要:目的评价术前服用非那雄胺对经尿道前列腺电切除术围手术期出血的影响。方法120例前列腺增生患者,实验组60例术前服用非那雄胺1周,对照组60例术前未服用非那雄胺,比较两组TURP术中、术后失血量。结果120例TURP术均获得成功。与对照组比较,实验组的术中冲洗液量、术中失血量、平均切除1克前列腺组织失血量、术后冲洗时间、术后冲洗液量、术后失血量均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组的年龄、前列腺体积、IPSS、手术时间、切除前列腺重量与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论术前服用非那雄胺能够减少TURP围手术期出血。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of finasteride on perioperative bleeding following transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods 120 patients with BPH were scheduled for TURP, 60 of them were received 5mg of finasteride daily for one week before surgery and the other 60 patients were as control. A comparative study of clinical data was made between the two groups. Results Compared to control group, intraoperative irrigating fluid volume, intraoperative blood loss, blood loss of 1 gram prostate tissue for resection, postoperative irrigating time, postoperative irrigating fluid volume, postoperative blood loss in finasteride group were significantly less (P<0.05), whereas the age, volume of prostate, IPSS, operating time and resection prostate weight were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of finasteride before TURP can reduce perioperative bleeding.
