摘 要: | 目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术(TCRE)治疗难治性功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法:2012年6月-2014年6月,采用TCRE治疗反复药物治疗无效的功血63例,术前诊断性刮宫子宫内膜病理为单纯性增生38例,息肉样增生18例,腺瘤样增生7例。术后第1、3、6个月随访。结果:63例TCRE手术均顺利完成。无子宫穿孔、水中毒和盆腔脏器电损伤等并发症。均完成半年随访,闭经39例(61.9%),月经少量15例(23.8%),月经正常9例(14.3%)。术后6个月FSH、LH、E2、P值与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:TCRE是治疗难治性功血的微创技术,具有安全有效、不影响卵巢内分泌功能等优点。

Abstract: | Objective:To study clinical effect of hysteroscopy following intrauterine membrane cutting treatment intractable dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB).Method:From June 2012 to June 2014, hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium(transcervical resection of endometrium, TCRE) treatment was repeated drug treatment of bleeding in 63 cases, preoperative diagnostic curettage of endometrium pathology for 38 cases of simple hyperplasia, 18 cases of polypoid hyperplasia, gland tumor like hyperplasia in 7 cases.First, 3 and 6 months follow-up after operation..Result:63 cases of TCRE surgery were completed smoothly.No uterine perforation, water intoxication and pelvic viscera complications such as electrical injury.All completed six months follow-up, amenorrhea 39(61.9%),menstruation was a small amount of 15 cases(23.8%),menstruation normal 9 cases(14.3%).After six months, FSH, LH, E2, P value were no significant difference before surgery(P〉0.05).Conclusion: TCRE treatment-resistant minimally invasive technology function,have a safe and effective, does not affect ovarian endocrine function,etc. |
