康复治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效分析

目的：讨论应用康复治疗方法对脑瘫患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选取本院2011年7月-2013年6月收治治疗的80例脑瘫患儿,随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,其中对照组选择常规方法进行治疗,观察组选择康复治疗方法。结果：对照组患儿总有效率为67.5%,显效率为37.5%;观察组患儿总有效率为92.5%,显效率为70.0%。观察组患者的临床效果明显优于对照组。结论：对于脑瘫患儿来说,应用康复治疗方法实施治疗具备着显著的临床效果,可以有效的使患儿得到康复,降低残疾程度,其值得广泛的在临床中被推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of Curative Effect of Rehabilitation Treatment on Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective： To discuss the application of rehabilitation treatment, the clinical effect of treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Method： 80 children with cerebral palsy were selected in our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 June admitted to the treatment, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group only selected the general methods of treatment, and the observation group in the premise of selecting rehabilitation treatment methods. Result ： Total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%, markedly effective rate was 37.5%; while that of the observation group was 92.5% and 70%. The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： For children with cerebral palsy, the application of rehabilitation treatment methods to implement treatment has significant clinical effect, can effectively make the children rehabilitation, reduce the degree of disability.
