引导式教育在小儿脑瘫康复治疗中的应用研究

目的：讨论应用引导式教育对小儿脑瘫患者进行康复治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2011年9月-2013年8月本院收治的100例脑瘫患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,其中对照组采用常规康复训练手段,观察组在对照组的基础上实施引导式教育,观察两组患儿的临床效果。结果：对照组总有效率为72.0%,显效率为56.0%;观察组总有效率为94.0%,显效率为70.0%。观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于小儿脑瘫患者来说,应用引导式教育具备着显著的临床效果,值得在临床治疗中进行推广应用。

Application Research of Conductive Education in the Treatment of Rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective：To discuss the clinical application effect of conductive education rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy patients.Method：100 children with cerebral palsy were selected in our hospital from September 2011 to August 2013, they were randomly divided into the observation group（n=50） and the control group（n=50）, the control group only with routine rehabilitation training method, and the observation group in the context of the implementation of guidance education, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Result：The total efficiency was 72.0%, markedly effective rate was 56% in the control group; while the observation group with total efficiency of 94.0%, markedly effective rate was 70.0%, the nursing effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For children with cerebral palsy patients,application of guided education has significant clinical effect,which is worth being popularized in clinical treatment.
