紫杉醇联合奈达铂用于宫颈癌根治术前新辅助化疗的近期疗效分析

目的：观察紫杉醇联合奈达铂用于宫颈癌根治术前新辅助化疗的近期疗效及安全性。方法：75例宫颈癌患者根据个人治疗意愿分为两组,对照组（37例）仅采用单纯宫颈癌根治术治疗,观察组（38例）在宫颈癌根治术前予以紫杉醇联合奈达铂新辅助化疗治疗,比较两组近期临床疗效、术后病理情况、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、膀胱功能恢复时间及术后体力状况评分等。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（86.8%）明显高于对照组（70.3%）（P〈0.05）;观察组阴道边缘、淋巴结转移、宫旁侵犯及血管浸润的阳性率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、膀胱功能恢复时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,而术后体力状况评分明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：紫杉醇联合奈达铂用于宫颈癌根治术前新辅助化疗可明显提高患者的近期疗效,改善各项临床及病理指标。

The Recent Curative Effect Analysis of Paclitaxel Combined with Nedaplatin for Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Preoperative the Radical Surgery of Cervical Cancer

Objective： To observe the recent curative effect and safety of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin for neoadjuvant chemotherapy preoperative the radical surgery of cervical cancer.Method： 75 patients with cervical cancer were divided into two groups, the control group （37 cases） was only treated with radical resection of cervical cancer treatment, and the observation group （38 cases） was treated with paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin for neoadjuvant chemotherapy preoperative the radical surgery of cervical cancer. The recent curative effect, postoperative pathology, surgery bleeding, operation time, hospitalization time, bladder function recovery time and postoperative score physical condition of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of treatment group（86.8%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.3%）（P〈0.05）. The vaginal edge, lymph node metastasis, the positive rate of parametrial invasion and vascular invasion of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization bladder function time, recovery time of observation group were significantly less than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the score of physical condition after operation was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of paclitaxel and nedaplatin for preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly improve the short-term efficacy of radical operation of cervical cancer patients, improve clinical and pathological indexes.
