分层管理模式对提高护理质量的效果观察

目的：探讨护士分层管理模式对提高护理质量的应用效果。方法：随机数字表法将50名护理人员分为两组，实验组25名采用分级管理模式，对照组25名采用常规的功能制护理模式，对比两组的护理质量和满意度。结果：实验组的临床护理质量以及护理满意度明显高于对照组，且差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：护士分级管理模式在临床护理中效果明显，分级管理能够有效提高护理质量以及护士满意度。

The Effect of Layered Management Mode to Improve the Nursing Quality

Objective：To explore the application of hierarchical management mode to improve the nursing quality. Method：50 nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group of 25 were used hierarchical management mode,the function of the control group of 25 by routine nursing mode,compared two groups of the quality of care and satisfaction. Result：Experimental clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is obvious that The nurse grading management mode in clinical nursing effect,hierarchical management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nurses＆#39; satisfaction.
