摘    要:目的:探讨依达拉奉对小鼠脑损伤后脑功能的保护机理。方法:取健康小鼠40只,制作脑损伤模型,将小鼠分为实验组、对照组,每组各20只,实验组给予依达拉奉药物治疗,对照组给予等量的生理盐水。在相同条件下培养,测定并比较两组SOD、MAD等指标。结果:实验组建模后身体指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组的SOD、MAD和S-100蛋白指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:依达拉奉对于保护小鼠脑功能、避免大脑血塞具有促进作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

Edaravone Protection Mechanisms of Brain Injury in Mice Brain Function

Abstract:Objective:To explore the protection mechanism and application of the edaravone in the related brain function of the mice, after whose brain was injured.Method:40 healthy mice were maed into brain injure model and divided into experimental group and control group, each group 20, experimental group were given edaravone treatment, control group given the same amount of saline.SOD and MAD of two gruoups were measured and compared.Result:The experimental group's body indexes were better than the control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05); the experiment group's of SOD, MAD and S-100 protein index were better than the control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone have a large role in protecting mouse brain function and avoiding brain injure,worthy of clinical application.
