骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的循证护理

目的：探讨循证护理对预防及治疗骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的临床应用效果。方法：以4个人为区组单位采用区组随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组各48例,观察组运用循证护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组DVT的发生情况及护理效果。结果：观察组DVT发生率为2.08%,对照组为16.66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用循证护理不仅为临床提供护理依据,提高了护理质量,还有效的预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,降低了术后并发症的发生率。

Evidence Based Nursing of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after the Operation of the Department of Orthopedics

Objective：To explore the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing in department of orthopedics syndrome prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after major operation.Method：Four people for block unit using block randomization method were randomly divided the object of study into the observation group and the control group, the observation group used evidence-based nursing, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation and the nursing effect of the two groups the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Result：In the observation group, the incidence of DVT was 2.08%, the control group was 16.66%, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of evidence-based nursing care not only to provide basis for clinical nursing and improved the quality of nursing,but also effectively prevent the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after major operation in Department of orthopedics, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
