急性脑梗死患者血尿酸、D-二聚体的临床观察

目的探讨血尿酸、D-二聚体在血中的含量变化与急性脑梗死之间的关系,期望为临床预防及治疗提供参考。方法选取到我院接受治疗的急性脑梗死患者86例,记为观察组;选取同期非脑血管病患者60例,记为对照组。两组患者分别于入院次晨7点测量空腹血尿酸、D-二聚体,分析血尿酸、D-二聚体与急性脑梗死之间的关系。根据患者的临床神经功能缺损程度评分,将观察组分为轻中型、重型两个亚组,分析血尿酸、D-二聚体与急性脑梗死严重程度之间的关系。结果观察组患者血尿酸、D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组重型亚组患者血尿酸、D-二聚体水平明显高于轻中型亚组(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸、D-二聚体水平与急性脑梗死之间有明显的相关性,且对急性脑梗死的病情判断及预后推测具有非常重要的意义。

Clinical Observation of Serum Uric Acid and D-dimer in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the serum uric acid, the relationship between levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction of D-dimer in the blood, it is desirable to provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods To the hospital for treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, 86 cases recorded in the observation group; selected 60 patients with the same period of non-cerebrovascular disease, referred to as the control group. Two groups of patients were admitted to hospital the next morning at 7：00 measurement of fasting serum uric acid, D-dimer, analyze the relationship between serum uric acid, D-dimer and between acute cerebral infarction. According to the patient＇s clinical neurological deficit scores, the observation group divided into light medium and heavy two subgroups, analysis of serum uric acid, D-dimer and acute cerebral infarction between severity. Results The serum uric acid, D-dimer levels were significantly higher （P＆lt;0.05）; Severe subgroup of patients in the observation group uric acid, D-dimer levels were significantly higher than those with mild to moderate subgroup （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between serum uric acid, D-dimer levels with acute cerebral infarction, and has a very important significance to determine the condition of acute cerebral infarction and estimation of prognosis.
