老年乳腺癌的临床特点和治疗分析

目的对老年乳腺癌的临床特点进行分析,并探讨其治疗措施。方法随机抽取我院2010年7月-2011年7月共收治的36例乳腺癌患者,将其分为观察组与参照组。观察组给予保乳手术,参照组给予改良根治术。随访2年,对比两组的临床疗效。、结果观察组的手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率分别为（123．25±22．36）min、（252．45±12．39）mL、11．1％,参照组的分别为（185．38±36：41）min、（400．25±22．34）mL、22．2％,观察组显著少于参照组;随访2年,观察组的局部复发率、远处转移率及2年存活率分别为5．6％、11．1％、88．9％,参照组为16．7％、27．7％、66．1％,观察组各项指标均显著优于参照组（P〈0．05）。结论对于老年乳腺癌。及早行保乳手术治疗,能够提高近期与远期疗效。

Analysis the clinical characteristics of senile breast cancer,and treatment

Objective to analyze the clinical characteristics of senile breast cancer, and to explore the treatment measures. Meth- ods A random sample from July 2010 to July 2010, a total of 36 patients with breast cancer were treated will be divided into the observation group and control group. Observation group was given breast surgery and modified radical reference group. 2 years of follow-up, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results Observation group of operation time, blood loss was significant- ly less than control group, the complications is lower than the control group; 2 years of follow-up, observation group of local recur- rence and distant metastasis rate is significantly lower than that of control group, the survival rate is higher than the control group. Conclusion For elderly breast cancer, early, surgical treatment can improve the recent and forward curative effect.
