31例肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤诊治体会

目的：提高肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结我院1972年2月-2000年11月收治31例此类临床病例。结果：31例肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤患者平均病史9.5年，占同期肾盂肿瘤146例的21.7%，其中移行上皮癌11例，鳞状细胞癌10例，腺癌4例，其他6例，术前诊断9例，其中6例由CT诊出，共随访23例，存活5年以上的9例，而随访的9例鳞癌患者均于1年内死亡。结论：肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤临床表现无特异，术前诊断率低。CT有助于提高诊断，结石病史长，反复合并感染者应警惕肾盂肿瘤，鳞状细胞癌恶性度高，预后差。

The Experiencees of 31 Cases of Renal Calculus Concurrence with Carcinoma of Pelvis

Objective: Improve the diagnosis and treatment for the casesa of renal calculus concurrence with carcinoma of pelvis. Methods: Retrospectively study 31 cases of this kind of patients in our hospital over the past 28 years. Results: The mean history of 31 cases is 9.5years,in the same period,there are 146 cases of pelvic tumor,count for 21.7%.Among the 31 cases,transitional cell carcinoma occupy for 11cases .10 cases are the squamous cell carcinoma,4 cases are the adenocacinoma and 6 cases are the other pathology type.There are 9 cases can be found out before the operation,among them 6 cases are owed to the CT scan. The followed-up cases up to 23,there are 9 cases can survive over 5 years,whereas the 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma all die out within one year. Conclusion: there are no specific manifestations in the cases of renal calculus concurrence with carcinima of pelvis. Seldom cases can be accurately diagnosis before operation,the CT scan is helpful for diagnosis.For thecases with a long period history of renal calculus and the history of repeat infection,don't ignorant the concomitant renal pelvis tumor. Squamous cell carcinoma is the high malignancy with a poor prognosis.
