针刺治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

目的:观察针刺治疗血管性痴呆患者认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:血管性痴呆患者63例随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组常规服用喜得镇,治疗组在此基础上结合针刺治疗,2个月为1个疗程。两组病人均于治疗前后采用MMSE积分法评定患者的认知功能。结果:治疗组与对照组的认知功能在治疗后均有提高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能有效改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能。
