重症支气管哮喘52例临床治疗

目的探讨重症支气管哮喘的治疗方法,以提高该病的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析52例重症支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,分析治疗的方法及疗效。结果52例患者经治疗12h后缓解45例,不缓解者7例,该7例患者经过人工机械通气治疗均全部缓解,无1例出现严重低血压、气胸等并发症。无死亡患者。结论对重症支气管患者尽早应用机械通气,并采取综合治疗措施,可以明显提高治疗的成功率,缩短治疗时间。

The clinical treatment of severe asthma(report of 52 cases)

Objective To explore the management strategies of severe asthma to improve the clinical 1 efficacy.Methods The data of 52 patients with severe asthma was analyzed retrospectively.Results In all 52 patients with treatment,42 cases relieved in 12 hours,7 were unchanged.The 7 cases undengone mechanical ventilation therapy and completely relieved ultimately.No severe hypotension,pneumothorax or death were found.Conclusion Using Mechanical ventilation as soon as possible and multiple strategies can greatly impro...
