彩色多普勒血流显像与频谱特征在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像与频谱特征在异位妊娠诊断及术前临床病理分型中的价值.方法对116例异位妊娠的彩色多普勒血流显像及频谱特征进行回顾性分析,将血流特征分型与临床病理分型对照.结果异位妊娠包块中的血流显像有特征性,其血流特征分型与临床病理分型有一定相关性.结论彩色多普勒血流显像与频谱特征分析不但可以提高异位妊娠诊断符合率,而且对异位妊娠术前临床病理分型也可提供一定依据.

Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging and Spectral Characteristics in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To disscuss the value of vaginal color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and spectral characteristics in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and in the clinical pathologic classification before operation.Methods We retrospecively analysed CDFI and the spectrum in 116 patients with ectopic pregnancy and compared the flow types with those of clinical pathology.Results CDFI in the lumps of ectopic pregnancy was characteristic,The types of flow characteristics were correlated to the corresponding clinical pathologic types.Conclusions CDFI and the spectrum not only can improve the diagnostic correlation rate of ectopic pregnancy but can also offer some bases for the clinical pathologic classification before operation.
