高眼压豚鼠视神经损害的超微结构研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨高眼压对视神经损害的最初部位以及神经束内受损轴索的分布。方法 10只豚鼠眼压急性升高,另外10只作为正常组。视神经制成标本后用电镜观察。结果 在正常眼压组筛板的轴索里、可见直径20—25nm的微管和13nm的神经纤维,在部分轴索内可见2—3个线粒体或小器官。在高眼压组连续横断面的切片,仅在筛板水平的轴索内观察到积聚的小器官,多胞体以及多层小胞体。91%的神经束内的受损轴索的分布不均匀。结论 高眼压对视神经损害的最初部位为筛板水平,神经束内轴索损害的分布为弥漫性。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate ultrastructure of optic nerves of guines pig in conditions of acute increase in intraocular pressure(IOP). Methods IOP was increased acutuly in 10 guinea pig eyes,and 10 eyes were examined in 10 normal control animals by a conventional electron microscopy. Results The ultrastructural appearance in prelaminar or postlaminar portions of optic nerves was entirely normal in all specimens.Abnormal changes in axons were observed only at the level of the lamina cribrosa.At that level,some axons were indistinguishable from those seen in conditions of normal IOP,but others contained many accumulated organelles. Conclusion The alteration of axoplasmic ultrastructures in some parts of the optic nerves in a condition of acutely increased IOP occurs in the area of lamina cribrosa.
