| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年难治性心力衰竭的诱因及治疗.方法 收集老年难治性心力衰竭患者30例,男性18例,女性12例,平均年龄67.5岁.在使用洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂的基础上加用ACEI、β受体阻滞剂治疗.结果 心功能Ⅲ级组,显效10例(30.0%),有效7例(23.0%),无效0例(0%).心功能Ⅳ级组,显效6例(20.0%),有效5例(16.6%),无效2例(6.6%).结论 对老年难治性心衰的治疗,应从老年人的生理、病理、药物的毒副作用等综合考虑制定治疗方案. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes of elderly refractory heart failure and treatment.Methods The data of elderly patients with refractory heart failure of 30 cases of men,18 cases,women in 12 cases,mean age 67.5 years old.In use digitalis,diuretics,on the basis of vasodilators combined with ACEI,beta blockers treatment.Results the heart function Ⅲ level group,powerfully in 10(30.0%),effective 7 cases(23.0%),invalid 0 cases(0%).Heart function Ⅳ level group,6 cases(20.0%),effective in 5 patients(16.6%),and 2 cases(6.6%).Conclusion in the treatment of heart failure,elderly intractable from old people of the physiology,pathology,the side effects of drugs,and other comprehensive consider making a treatment plan. |
