| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果.方法 将84例急性性脑梗死患者分为A组(44例)与B组(40例),A组给予疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗,B组仅给予低分子肝素钙治疗.评估患者治疗前后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分等.结果 两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显降低,且A组下降程度大于对照组(P＜0.05);A总有效率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,值得在临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction with Shuxuetong plus low molecular heparin.Methods 84 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into group A(n=44)and group B(n=40),and the group A received Shuxuetong injection combined with low molecular heparin calcium,the group B only received low molecular heparin calcium.The clinical effect and neurologic impairment score were evaluated respectively.Results The neurologic impairment scores of group A declined significantly than group B(P<0.05);and the total cure rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong plus low molecular heparin Calcium for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective,it is worth to apply. |
