| 摘 要： | 目的 观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性.方法 选择急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗,对照组仅用疏血通注射液治疗.结果 治疗14d后治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 丁苯酞软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著且安全,值得临床推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of Butylphthalide and Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:the group treated with Butylphthalide and Shuxuetong Injection,the control group treated with Shuxuetong Injection.Results After 14 days,the effective rate in Butylphthalide and Shuxuetong injection treated group was higher significantly than that in Shuxuetong injection treated group(96.67% vs 70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide and Shuxuetong Injection is safe and effective for patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
