| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同步减影CTA在急性动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血中的诊断价值。方法 68例临床怀疑急性动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血者行传统的MSCTA检查者32例,同步减影CTA检查者36例。所有MSCTA检查均行MIP、VR、MPR和CTVE重建。结果传统的MSCTA检查对颅内动脉瘤诊断的检出率、敏感性、特异性和准确性分别均为93.8%、93.8%、100%和93.8%,而同步减影CTA者均为100%,但两者无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。MSCT-DSA法的瘤体邻近颅骨完全分离率为100%,高于传统的MSCTA检查的81.3%（P〈0.05）。同步减影CTA法的后处理时间为9.3±5.4 min,短于传统的MSCTA检查（20.6±9.7 min）（P〈0.05）。结论急性动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的同步减影CTA检查优于传统的MSCTA检查。 |
