液态心肌细胞外基质心肌内注射联合应用地塞米松改善大鼠急性心肌梗死后心功能的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究液态心肌细胞外基质心肌内注射联合应用地塞米松对大鼠急性心肌梗死后心功能的改善情况。方法制备液态心肌细胞外基质,结扎雄性Wistar大鼠冠状动脉左前降支制作急性心肌梗死模型,将制备成功的大鼠模型随机分为4组:Ⅰ组为液态心肌细胞外基质加地塞米松组(n=20);Ⅱ组为液态心肌细胞外基质组(n=20);Ⅲ组为地塞米松组(n=20);Ⅳ组为生理盐水对照组(n=20),并对各组予以相应处理。在大鼠心梗后6周用超声心动图评价各组动物的心功能,而后将动物处死取出心脏,用组织学及形态学方法观察各组动物心室重构的差异。结果液态心肌细胞外基质加地塞米松组大鼠心功能及心室重构情况优于其他各组。结论液态心肌细胞外基质心肌内注射联合应用地塞米松对大鼠急性心肌梗死后的心功能有明显的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the improvement of cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction rats after injection of artificia fluid extracellular matrix and dexamethasone.Methods Acute myocardial infarction rats model were established by coronary artery ligation.The rats were divided into four groups randomly.Rats in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ accepted the injection of artificia fluid extracellular matrix and dexamethasone,artificial fluid extracellular matrix,dexamethasone,and normal saline,respectively.Cardiac function of the rats was evaluated by ultrasound examinations six weeks later.Cardiac remodeling was evaluated by histological and morphological examinations.Results Both ultrasonic and histological indexes of rats in group I were better than those of other groups.Comparison between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no statistical differences.Conclusion Injection of artificial fluid extracellular matrix and dexamethasone was useful in improving the cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction.
