| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨液基细胞学检测（TCT）技术在宫颈病变筛查中的诊断价值和临床意义。方法：选取本市妇幼保健院2007年7月～2008年10月妇女病普查中,年龄30岁以上已婚女性或宫颈糜烂女性,做TCT检查,常规操作采取宫颈细胞并送检。结果：797例患者宫颈涂片TCT检测阳性率为8.78%,病理诊断证实3例CIN3,2例原位癌。结论：TCT技术用于宫颈病变筛查具有重要意义,值得基层临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate liquid base cytology for detection technology in cervical lesions in the diagnostic value and screening of clinical significance. Methods：Selected women through gynecological diseases census in maternity and child care centers from July 2007 to October 2008, aged above 30 married or cervical ectropio women, all wamen did TCT check, took cervical cells regular operations and inspection. Results：The cervix smear TCT tested positie of 797 patients was 8.78%, pathological diagnosis was confirmed CIN3 with 3 cases, 2 cases of carcinoma in situ. Conclusion：TCT technology used for cervical lesions screening has an important meaning, and it is worthy of popularizing grass-roots clinical. |
