| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with surface electromyography biofeedback in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,28 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with SEMG biofeedback,the control group was treated with electroacupuncture,after 6 days of treatment and 1 day of rest per week,the scores were assessed with House-Brackmann H-B facial function rating scale and Sunnybrook facial nerve assessment system(SFGS).Results After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly different,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with SEMG biofeedback has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis. |
