补阳还五汤加清脑方联合针刺治疗脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证临床观察

目的探究补阳还五汤加清脑方联合针刺治疗脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证的临床效果。方法本研究选取2019年2月—2020年10月至本溪市中医院就诊的75例脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证患者作为本次研究的对象,以掷硬币方式将患者分为单一组(共37例,给予针刺疗法)和联合组(共38例,在单一组基础上联合补阳还五汤加清脑方治疗),比较2组患者治疗前后的肢体运动功能、神经功能损伤程度以及日常生活活动能力的情况,同时对比2组最终疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者的肢体运动功能(Fugl-Meye量表评分)、神经功能损伤程度(NIHSS评分)以及日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者各项评分均明显优于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗总有效率97.37%(37/38)高于单一组81.06%(30/37)(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加清脑方联合针刺治疗脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证的临床优势明显,能有效改善运动功能和神经功能,提升患者的活动能力,提高临床治疗有效率。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Qingnao Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Acute Stage of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus Qingnao Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the acute stage of cerebral infarction.Methods In this study,75 patients with acute cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the period from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into a single group by coin tossing(A total of 37 patients were treated with acupuncture)and combined group(38 patients combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus Qingnao Decoction on the basis of a single group).The limb motor function,the degree of neurological damage,and daily routine were compared between the two groups.The ability of living activities was compared with the final curative effect of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the limb motor function(Fugl-Meye scale score),the degree of neurological impairment(NIHSS score),and the ability of daily living activities(Barthel index score)in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the patients in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that in the single group(81.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Qingnao Decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the acute stage of cerebral infarction has obvious clinical advantages,can effectively improve motor function and nerve function,improve patient's mobility,and improve clinical treatment efficiency.
