| 摘 要： | 根据流行病学的基本知识，建立了传染病在居民中蔓延时所遵循的数学模型，并通过分析其解的性质，获得了传染病流行的阈值计算及应用方法，该结果对传染病的防治具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic knowledge of lemology, a mathematical model was made. A calculation and application of the threshold value in spreading of infectious disease was found by analysis of the quality of its solution. The finding has a guidance in preventing and treatment of infectious diseases. |
