| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在多发性大动脉炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析18例疑为多发性大动脉炎患者的MSCTA图像,图像后处理方法包括多平面重组、最大密度投影和容积再现技术进行重建。结果 18例按Lupi-Herrea分类法包括Ⅰ型6例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型9例。管腔情况包括狭窄-阻塞型15例,混合型3例。MSCTA图像可以清楚显示受累血管的异常表现如管壁增厚,管腔狭窄或闭塞,部分伴狭窄后扩张。结论 MSCTA在多发性大动脉炎诊断方面有很高的准确性,可以作为多发性大动脉炎早期诊断的首选影像检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice CT angiography（MSCTA） in the diagnosis of multiple Takayasu＇s arteritis.Methods MSCTA images of 18 patients with suspected Takayasu arteritis were analyzed retrospectively.Image post-processing methods included multiplanar reformation,maximum intensity projection and volume rendering technique reconstruction.Results According to Lupi-Herrea classification,type Ⅰ in 6 cases,type Ⅱ in 3 and type Ⅲ in 9 were recorded.Lumen included steno-occlusive type in 15 cases and mixed type in 3 cases.MSCTA images clearly showed involvement of vascular abnormalities such as wall thickening,stenosis or obstruction,and some with narrow extensional.Conclusion MSCTA is a highly accurate imaging examination of the first choice for the early diagnosis of multiple Takayasu＇s arteritis. |
