| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨使用平阳霉素在血管瘤增长期进行治疗对其转归的影响。方法:对27例口腔颌面部血管瘤,在增长期采用平阳霉素注射,并对病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有病例在治疗结束后,瘤体均不同程度缩小或消失。治愈23例(85.2%),好转4例(14.8%),总有效率达100%。共随访12例,所有12例患儿2年后复查血管瘤消退,无复发。结论:口腔颌面部血管瘤的早期治疗,近期是安全、有效的,有利于该病的早日完全消退。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the effect of Pingyangmycin on children's hemangioma during its period of rapid growth.Methods: 27 children with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were reviewed,and all these children were treated with Pingyangmycin during the period of disease's rapid growth.Results: The cure rate was 85.2%(23 127),the catabatic rate was 14.8%(4 127),and the total efficiency rate was 100%.12 cases were followed up,and lesion faded away and hadn't recurred in 2 years.Conclusion: Therapy with Pingyangmycin on oral and maxillofacial hemangioma is safe and efficient. |
