| 摘 要： | 目的：分析宁波市2006年以来疑似药品不良反应导致的死亡情况，为临床药品不良反应监测及合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分类统计，对收集到的26例死亡病例有关数据进行统计、分析。结果：死亡病例多发生于老年人，抗感染药物比例高，静脉给药发生率高，24例存在合并用药，累及的系统器官以全身性损害最多见。结论：慎用注射剂，加强临床ADR监测，加强药品使用管理，提高药品生产工艺和标准，加强药品商品名和说明书管理。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the death cases resulted from suspected adverse drug reactions （ADR） in Ningbo city since 2006, providing information for ADR monitoring and rational drug use. Methods： According to the result of statistics, 26 ADR reports were collected and analyzed. Results：The ADR death occurred more in the elderly and the ADR drugs were more seen in anti-infection medicine. The ADR occurred highly by the intravenous route. 24 cases are related to combined usage of drugs. The lesion of ADR involved primaryly is body as a Whole-General Disorders .Conclusion： The management of injection drugs use should be strengthened under careful observation.The improvement of medicine producing techniques and standards should be ameliorated. The supervision of trade names and usage instructions of medicines should be paid more attention. |
