| 摘 要： | 对39例原发性肝癌施行74次肝动脉灌注碘油-抗癌剂(LAA)或/和明胶海绵颗粒(GP)化疗栓塞。85％(22/26)病例的肿瘤退缩,其中3例后来作了肿瘤切除术。半年存活率73％(19/26),1年存活率57％(12/21)。有3例术后并发胆囊炎。本文对此法的价值、可能机制、并发症及禁忌症进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Seventy-four hepatic arterial chemoembolizations using Lipiodol mixed with anticancer agents or/and gelfoam particles were performed on 39 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma. There was a decrease of tumor size in 85% of the cases, of them tumors in 3 cases were later resected. There were 3 patients complicating cholecystitis after the therapy. The six-month and 1-year survival rates were 73 and 57%, respectively, in our series. The therapeutic value, possible mechanism, complication and contraindications were discussed. |
