中国古代案例在法医学教学中的应用探讨

目的探索中国古代案例在当今《法医学》教学中的应用。方法查阅《洗冤集录》、《折狱龟鉴》、《棠阴比事》等古代典籍,从法医病理、法医临床、法医毒理、法医物证和法医昆虫学等教学内容上对相关的古代案例进行整理、归纳和总结,并用之于课堂教学。结果共整理出十个富含法医学基本原理的古代案例,应用于法医学教学取得良好效果。结论在法医学教学中可以充分应用中国古代案例。

The Application of Ancient Chinese Criminal Cases to the Teaching of Today's Forensic Medicine

Objective To explore the application of ancient Chinese criminal cases to the teaching of today’s forensic medicine.Methods Searching through the ancient literature including Xi Yuan Ji Lu,Zhe Yu Gui Jian,Tang Yin Bi Shi,etc.those interested ancient criminal cases were sorted and summarized from the perspective of forensic pathology,forensic clinical medicine,forensic toxicology,forensic biology and forensic entomology,and then were used during the lecture.Results Ten classical cases were sorted from ancient literature.They were full of the basic principles of today’s forensic medicine.The preaching of these cases achieved good results.Conclusion The ancient Chinese criminal cases can be fully applied in the contemporary forensic science teaching.
