2000～2005年肇庆市桑拿按摩服务人群行为干预效果分析

目的 掌握肇庆市2000～2005年桑拿按摩服务人群性病感染情况，评估近5年健康教育和行为干预的效果。方法对桑拿按摩场所服务人群进行性病筛查、诊疗指导、健康教育、行为干预以及性病、艾滋病防治相关知识和行为问卷调查。结果该人群的HIV、梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣等性病的总感染率从9．21％下降到4．30％；性病、艾滋病防治知识知晓率从45．3％上升至62．8％，安全套使用率从63、16％上升至82．68％。结论通过近5年对桑拿按摩服务人群的健康教育和行为干预取得了初步成效。

The results of intervention on the behavior of population engaged in massage in Zhaoqing City in 2000 ～ 2005

Objective To understand the infectious status of workers engaged in massage with STDs and evaluate the results of health education intervention on the behavior of the target population in Zhaoqing City from 2000 to 2005. Methods Health education intervention on the behavior of the target population was performed and questionaire survey of levels of AIDS AND STDs was conducted. Results The total infection rate of STDs was reduced from 9.21% in 2000 to 4.30% in 2005. The rate of health knowledge and condom using rate were increased from 62.8 % in 2000 to 82.68 % in 2005. Conclusion Health education intervention on behavior of the massage workers is effective.
