内毒素对红细胞乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性作用的探讨

摘    要:大鼠的红细胞在体外经内毒素处理后,其膜乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的活性显著降低,并发现血浆的存在可进一步加强内毒素降低AchE活性的作用。给大鼠体内注射内毒素同样可以降低AchE的活性。另外,内毒素还可降低狗红细胞膜上AchE的活性,但它对人红细胞膜上AchE影响甚微。凝胶电泳分析结果表明,不同种属的动物,其红细胞膜蛋白图谱不同,推测内毒素影响酶活性很可能与膜蛋白的差异有关。

Abstract:Endotoxin can markedly decrease the activity of erythrocyte acetylch-olinesterase (AchE)in rat both in vitro and vivo. Furthermore, the AchE activity can be further inhibited by the presence of self-plasma. The AchE activity of erythrocyte in dog can also be inhibited with endotoxin, while it has little effect on human erythrocyte AchE. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis shows that the patterns of membrane protein are different in different animals, so it is possible that the structure of membrane protein plays an important role in reaction among endotoxin-red cells.
