| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方鲜竹沥液超声雾化吸入治疗老年急性脑卒中伴肺部感染的疗效。方法老年急性脑卒中伴肺部感染患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。两组患者均给予内科常规治疗，并根据痰培养药敏实验选用敏感抗生素治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用复方鲜竹沥液超声雾化吸入治疗，观察时间为7天。结果临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01），且无不良反应。结论复方鲜竹沥液超声雾化吸入治疗老年急性脑卒中伴肺部感染疗效较好，且安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the compound Xianzhuli on ultrasonic atomizing inhalation treating elderly acute cerebral stroke patients with pneumonia. Methods 120 elderly acute cerebral stroke patients with pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly.In the treatment group（n=60） and the control group （n=60）, Conventional treatment for patients of both groups was the same but the patients of the treatment group were given ultrasonic atomizing inhalation with the compound Xianzhuli. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was more striking than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion the effect of the compound Xianzhuli on ultrasonic atomizing inhalation treating elderly acute cerebral stroke patients with pneumonia was good and safe. |
