调肝熄风汤治疗肝风痰扰型小儿抽动障碍60例

目的 探讨调肝熄风汤配合针刺治疗肝风痰扰型抽动障碍（ID）儿童的临床疗效。方法 将临床诊断为肝风痰扰型的60例患儿按照随机分组的方法分为治疗组和对照组,两组各30例。治疗组采用中药联合针刺治疗,对照组采用药物硫必利（泰必利）治疗。治疗前按照YGTSS评分规则,对各患儿进行评分。治疗开始后每周进行1次评分,连续治疗6周。取第一次评分和治疗6周后的评分,并对两次评分结果对比分析。结果 针药结合组与药物治疗组治疗前后的运动及发声抽动的频率,数量有明显减少,复杂性明显降低,强度明显减弱（P〈0.01）。两组治疗前后YGTSS量表评分差值无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论针药结合治疗小儿肝风痰扰型的抽动障碍有明显疗效,并且毒副作用更小。

Tic Disorder of Liver Wind Phlegm Disturbance in Children treated by Zhengan Xifeng Decoction for 60 cases

Objective To investigate the regulating Zhengan Xifeng Decoction （Sedate the Liver and Extinguish Wind Decoction） combined with acupuncture in the treatment of liver wind phlegm disturbance of tic disorders （ID） clinical efficacy in children. Methods The clinical diagnosis of 60 cases liver wind phlegm disturbance type, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases by traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment, the control group of 30 cases with drug tiapride （tiapride） treatment. YGTSS scale was used for initial evaluation completed before treatment, continuous treatment for 6 weeks, 1 times a week last evaluation, evaluation and treatment of the initial evaluation 6 weeks after the comparison of curative effect analysis. Results The two groups before and after treatment and the number of motor tics, vocal tic frequency, intensity and complexity than before treatment were significantly reduced （P〈0.01） ; hand in two groups before and after treatment in YGTSS scale component score difference, the difference was not statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture treatment of phlegm disturbance type in children with tic disorders of attention deficit, movement and vocal tics with combination of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect, and less toxic side effect.
