| 摘 要： | 中医全科医学在社区医疗及家庭保健中，具有其独特的优势。文章对中医全科医学教育模式现状进行阐述，对如何发展全科医学教育提出了几种想法。在学习国内外全科医学教育的先进经验基础上，发展院校教育，加强师承教育，完善配套政策，加强师资建设及社区实习基地建设，完善全科医师的制度建设，加速中医全科医学教育发展进程。 |

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese Medicine general practice has unique advantages in Community health and family care. The article elabo-rated the education model and present situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine general practice, and put forward some ideas about its development. On the base of experience of general practice abroad, develop col ege education, strengthen apprentice education, improve supporting policies, strengthen construction of teachers and community practice base construction, Improve the system construction of general practitioners, accelerate development process of Traditional Chinese Medicine general practice. |
